I am very happy to introduce Gemini Aero Foam, a GCode generator for 4-axis hot wire cutting.
It stands out from its (rare) competitors by being extremely easy to use, but without compromising on possibilities. You can cut wing profiles, with insertion of spars and other additional cuts, but also any shapes such as fuselage couples or text. The calculation of cutting speed and wire offset is fully automatic, and can manage complex shapes for which the speed and offset change constantly, along the same profile or between the two profiles to be cut.
For the moment, the software is only provided in english, but a multilingual version is planned. A user manual will be available soon, as well as new features (multi-wings cutting, changing trailing edges thickness, etc.).
